المسح على الخفين والجوربين

توضح هذه الفتوى أمر المسح على الخفين وتبين المدة التي يمكن للمرء أن يمسح خلالها وتشرح طريقةالمسح ومكان إمرار اليد على القدم وأن ذلك يكون على ظاهر القدمين لا على بطونهما.

This fatwa is concerned with wiping over the kuff or socks and how long time can a person wipe over it? It also explains the way of wiping and refers that the top of the kuff should be wiped not its bottom.
