Āl-‘Imrān - 196

﴿لَا يَغُرَّنَّكَ تَقَلُّبُ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا فِي الْبِلَادِ﴾

(196) Be not deceived by the [uninhibited] movement of the disbelievers throughout the land.
