﴿وَهُوَ الْقَاهِرُ فَوْقَ عِبَادِهِ ۚ وَهُوَ الْحَكِيمُ الْخَبِيرُ﴾ (18) And He is the subjugator over His servants. And He is the Wise,[296] the Aware.[297]
