Al-An‘ām - 131

﴿ذَٰلِكَ أَنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ رَبُّكَ مُهْلِكَ الْقُرَىٰ بِظُلْمٍ وَأَهْلُهَا غَافِلُونَ﴾

(131) That is because your Lord would not destroy the cities for wrongdoing[345] while their people were unaware.
