﴿وَمَا كَانَ رَبُّكَ لِيُهْلِكَ الْقُرَىٰ بِظُلْمٍ وَأَهْلُهَا مُصْلِحُونَ﴾ (117) And your Lord would not have destroyed the cities unjustly while their people were reformers.
