﴿يَمْحُو اللَّهُ مَا يَشَاءُ وَيُثْبِتُ ۖ وَعِنْدَهُ أُمُّ الْكِتَابِ﴾ (39) Allāh eliminates what He wills or confirms, and with Him is the Mother of the Book.[644]
