﴿وَإِنْ مِنْكُمْ إِلَّا وَارِدُهَا ۚ كَانَ عَلَىٰ رَبِّكَ حَتْمًا مَقْضِيًّا﴾ (71) And there is none of you except he will come to it.[823] This is upon your Lord an inevitability decreed.
