﴿وَإِنْ مِنْكُمْ إِلَّا وَارِدُهَا ۚ كَانَ عَلَىٰ رَبِّكَ حَتْمًا مَقْضِيًّا﴾ 71. There is not one of you but will pass over it (Hell): this is with your Lord; a Decree which must be accomplished.[2]
