Al-Anbiyā’ - 27

﴿لَا يَسْبِقُونَهُ بِالْقَوْلِ وَهُمْ بِأَمْرِهِ يَعْمَلُونَ﴾

(27) They cannot precede Him in word, and they act by His command.
