﴿وَعَادًا وَثَمُودَ وَأَصْحَابَ الرَّسِّ وَقُرُونًا بَيْنَ ذَٰلِكَ كَثِيرًا﴾ (38) And [We destroyed] ʿAad and Thamūd and the companions of the well[1025] and many generations between them.
