﴿وَهُوَ الَّذِي أَرْسَلَ الرِّيَاحَ بُشْرًا بَيْنَ يَدَيْ رَحْمَتِهِ ۚ وَأَنْزَلْنَا مِنَ السَّمَاءِ مَاءً طَهُورًا﴾ (48) And it is He who sends the winds as good tidings before His mercy [i.e., rainfall], and We send down from the sky pure water
