﴿أَمْ حَسِبَ الَّذِينَ يَعْمَلُونَ السَّيِّئَاتِ أَنْ يَسْبِقُونَا ۚ سَاءَ مَا يَحْكُمُونَ﴾ (4) Or do those who do evil deeds think they can outrun [i.e., escape] Us? Evil is what they judge.
