﴿أَمْ أَنْزَلْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ سُلْطَانًا فَهُوَ يَتَكَلَّمُ بِمَا كَانُوا بِهِ يُشْرِكُونَ﴾ (35) Or have We sent down to them an authority [i.e., a proof or scripture], and it speaks of what they have been associating with Him?
