﴿أَفَمَنْ كَانَ مُؤْمِنًا كَمَنْ كَانَ فَاسِقًا ۚ لَا يَسْتَوُونَ﴾ (18) Then is one who was a believer like one who was defiantly disobedient? They are not equal.
