﴿فَسَخَّرْنَا لَهُ الرِّيحَ تَجْرِي بِأَمْرِهِ رُخَاءً حَيْثُ أَصَابَ﴾ 36. So, We subjected to him the wind; it blew gently by his order whithersoever he willed,
