Az-Zukhruf - 31

﴿وَقَالُوا لَوْلَا نُزِّلَ هَٰذَا الْقُرْآنُ عَلَىٰ رَجُلٍ مِنَ الْقَرْيَتَيْنِ عَظِيمٍ﴾

(31) And they said, "Why was this Qur’ān not sent down upon a great man from [one of] the two cities?"[1439]
