Az-Zukhruf - 31

﴿وَقَالُوا لَوْلَا نُزِّلَ هَٰذَا الْقُرْآنُ عَلَىٰ رَجُلٍ مِنَ الْقَرْيَتَيْنِ عَظِيمٍ﴾

31. And they say: "Why is not this Qur’ân sent down to some great man of the two towns (Makkah and Tâ’if)?"
