﴿أَفَلَا يَتَدَبَّرُونَ الْقُرْآنَ أَمْ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبٍ أَقْفَالُهَا﴾ (24) Then do they not reflect upon the Qur’ān, or are there locks upon [their] hearts?
