At-Toor - 37

﴿أَمْ عِنْدَهُمْ خَزَائِنُ رَبِّكَ أَمْ هُمُ الْمُصَيْطِرُونَ﴾

(37) Or have they the depositories [containing the provision] of your Lord? Or are they the controllers [of them]?
