﴿اتَّخَذُوا أَيْمَانَهُمْ جُنَّةً فَصَدُّوا عَنْ سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ فَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ مُهِينٌ﴾ (16) They took their [false] oaths as a cover, so they averted [people] from the way of Allāh, and for them is a humiliating punishment.
