Al-Ma‘ārij - 41

﴿عَلَىٰ أَنْ نُبَدِّلَ خَيْرًا مِنْهُمْ وَمَا نَحْنُ بِمَسْبُوقِينَ﴾

(41) To replace them with better than them; and We are not to be outdone.
