﴿نَحْنُ خَلَقْنَاهُمْ وَشَدَدْنَا أَسْرَهُمْ ۖ وَإِذَا شِئْنَا بَدَّلْنَا أَمْثَالَهُمْ تَبْدِيلًا﴾ (28) We have created them and strengthened their forms, and when We will, We can change their likenesses with [complete] alteration.
