Al-Burūj - 9

﴿الَّذِي لَهُ مُلْكُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ ۚ وَاللَّهُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ شَهِيدٌ﴾

(9) To whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth. And Allāh, over all things, is Witness.[1897]
