composite unanimity (الإِجْمَاعُ المُرَكَّب)
أصول الفقه
التعريف :
Agreement on the ruling with difference on its basis; e.g. Unanimity that ablution is invalidated when a person has vomited and skin-touched one of the opposite sex. Yet a scholar who rules that ablution is invalidated by vomiting does not rule its invalidation by such a skin to skin contact.
