التعريف :

The type of pause in the variant recitations of Ḥamzah and Hishām. If the final word of an utterance includes a glottal stop as a middle or final sound, Ḥamzah pauses without a glottal stop, retaining its short vowel, as in pausing at al-khabʾ (27: 25) and yaʾkul, pronouncing it yākul (10: 24).
