Someone with extending buttocks (أَبْزى)

المعنى الاصطلاحي :
A person whose chest extends forward and whose belly and back curve inwards.
التعريف اللغوي المختصر :
"Abza": someone whose spine curves inwards at the buttocks. A man with such a back is described as "abza" and a woman as "bazwaa". "Tabazzi": to extend the buttocks backwards and the chest forward.
