المعنى الاصطلاحي
A woman's extended stay in her family home after reaching the age of marriage or maturity without getting married.
التعريف اللغوي المختصر
"‘Unoos": derived from "‘anasat", which means (she) became a spinster. A woman is described as such if she continued to live with her parents after reaching maturity without getting married until she is no longer regarded as a virgin (a young woman).
