الفقه

التعريف :

An agreement between the seller and the buyer to conclude two contracts in one deal, such as the seller says to the buyer: I sell you this house of mine on condition that you will buy this car of mine for such-and-such price. Or, he says: you buy this article for five dinars in cash or for ten deferred to such-and-such time.
