This is the title of one of the rules of interests. It asks: if the means leading to interests are in conflict, meaning that they cannot be combined, which is given priority? On the other hand, if the means to interests and the means to harm are in conflict, on what basis priority is determined? For example: if a person is going to the mosque to join a congregational prayer and if he walks, he will miss the prayer, but if he has transport, he catches up with it, he is advised to use transport, even though walking is normally recommended.
