أصول الفقه

التعريف :

To give what does not exist the status of existing, and give the existing the status of what does not exist. The first case is like giving a killed person the capacity of ownership so that he can own his blood money and it can be divided among his heirs like the rest of his estate. The second case is to give an ill person the condition of the lack of water, despite its availability, so that he may do the dry ablution.
