situation narratives (حِكَايَاتُ الْأَحْوَال)

التعريف :

That anyone came to the prophet (peace be upon him) and put to him a case in general terms. The Prophet would give him a ruling without distinction between different possible forms that the presented case could have. Al-ShāfiꜤī said that such matters should be taken in a general sense.
