A person who stops himself from worry and anger, and stops his tongue from uttering complaints, and his body from being irritable. Thus, he refrains from all that incurs God’s displeasure when he suffers some adversity. He perseveres in his obedience of God, refraining from all sinful actions, and shows patience when enduring affliction.
