التعريف
The fertilisation of a female egg with a sperm in suitable conditions outside the woman’s body. The fertilised egg is then placed in the woman’s uterus or the uterus of a different woman. There are seven different situations, but the fiqh academy considered one only as permissible, which is the fertilisation of a woman’s egg by her husband’s sperm.
