التعريف :

A Fiqh school and intellectual system that appeared in Baghdad in the middle of the third Hijrī century (tenth century), established by Dāwūd ibn ꜤAlī al-Ẓāhirī. It was later formalised and strongly advocated by ꜤAlī ibn Muhammad ibn Ḥazm of the Andalus. It is based on the apparent meaning of religious texts, rejecting the idea of attaching causes to rulings and rejecting analogy.
