التعريف :

A description of a narrator implying that he is very weak, or a transgressor, and that his narrations are unacceptable as evidence or for reconfirmation. It is suited for the fourth degree of unacceptability. Hadiths of narrators in this grade are unacceptable for evidence or reconfirmation.
