التعريف :

A Persian gnostic Christian sect named after Mani ibn Fanik, born in Babylon in 216 CE. He claimed to be a prophet, and started preaching at Madain, then he spread it into India. His was the most serious and longest lasting deviation from Christianity. It mixed together Christian, Jewish, Buddhist and Zoroastrian teachings. Its most fundamental creed is that life is governed by two powers: light (which is goodness) and darkness (which is evil). They are always in conflict.
