التعريف :


A fiqh school that advocates the implementation of the apparent meanings of religious texts, seeking no justification or causes and rejects analogy. It was started in the middle of the third Hijrī century in Baghdad by Dāwūd ibn ꜤAlī. It was later developed and advocated by Imam ꜤAlī ibn Ḥazm of the Andalus.
