التعريف
People who do what earns blame, but say that they are internally following their leaders. Ibn Taymiyyah classifies them into two groups: 1) those who do what pleases God and His Messenger, fearing no blame. They are the blamed who deserve praise; and 2) those who do what displeases God and His Messenger, persisting with the blame that incurs. These are the blamed who deserve to be censured.
