endowment bond (السَنَدُ الوَقْفِيّ)

An investment tool based on dividing the capital of the partnership, allocated for an endowment project, into small portions. Thus, bonds of ownership equal to the capital of the partnership are issued in units of equal value and registered in the names of their owners. They are thus considered to own common shares of the capital of the partnership and what is transferred to it, on the basis of their respective shares in it.
