التعريف :
A dinner given on the occasion of a reciter completing the memorisation of the Qur'an. It is also said to mean the ‘dinner of possession’.
المعنى الاصطلاحي :
Name of food prepared on the occasion of marrying a woman.
التعريف اللغوي المختصر :
"Shindākh": wedding banquet. Other meanings: a type of food prepared by one who owns a new house, returned from a journey, or found something that he had lost.
