التعريف :

An oriental Catholic Christian sect based in Lebanon and named after St Maron. They differ from other Christians in their belief that Jesus Christ had two natures and one will, because the two natures are joined in one hypostasis. The third Council of Constantinople, held in 680 CE and attended by 286 bishops, rejected this belief, expelled its adherents and considered them and their followers apostates.
