التعريف :

The basic rules and principles that regulate government and how a ruler is chosen. Related to this are the rulings of the pledge of allegiance, consultation, the relation between the rulers and the ruled, the rights and duties of each, and the relations with other states in times of peace and war, according to Islamic shariah.
