One of God’s attributes and fine names. As a name, it does not occur alone but added to the universe. God, the exalted, gives light to guide all who are in the heavens and earth. His light is of two types: 1) abstract, which enlightens the hearts of those who know and believe in him; and 2) real, giving light to the heavens and the earth.
