التعريف :

One of the major idols of Quraysh. It originally belonged to Kinānah, and later Quraysh worshipped it because it is a branch of Kinānah. It was placed inside the KaꜤbah and was nicknamed Sāḥib al-qidāḥ, i.e. Master of the divining arrows. It was originally brought from Syria by ꜤAmr ibn Liḥay so that the Arabs would worship it. The prophet broke it to pieces when Makkah fell over to Islam.
