المعنى الاصطلاحي :
Performing something at its earliest time
التعريف اللغوي المختصر :
"Isrā‘": rush, hasten. Opposite: “ibtā’” and “ta’khīr” (delaying, slowness). It is used to describe the state of both objects and actions. "Musāra‘ah": racing, competition. "Sara‘ān": those who are foremost in doing something. Other meanings: diligence, proceeding to do something.
