المعنى الاصطلاحي :


Unfair price-cutting in sale or purchase.

الشرح المختصر :


"Bakhs" (undervaluing) is reducing the price of an item that is being bought or sold. Likewise is the reduction in compensations in other transactions. "Bakhs" applies to more than reduced weights and measurements, such as livestock and countable items, unfair bargaining, deceit and fraud concerning material rights, and abusing moral rights pertaining to knowledge, virtues, etc.
