Luminous star (ثاقب)

المعنى الاصطلاحي :
A bright luminous star with penetrating light rays.
الشرح المختصر :
One of the characteristics of the mission of Prophet Muhammad, may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him, is that the heavens became guarded against eavesdropping devils. Flames of fire were thrown at them to chase them away.
التعريف اللغوي المختصر :
"Thāqib": luminous star; also, what pierces something. So, it is as if the star pierces the darkness with its light.
