Associating others with Allah in intentions and actions of the heart.
"Shirk Khafiyy" is the Shirk in intention, which is in the worshipper"s heart, for seeking praise for righteous deeds, i.e. offering prayer so well because someone is watching. There are two types of "shirk khafiyy": 1. Seeking worldly gains by performing acts of worship. 2. Associating others with Allah in intentions and objectives, i.e. performing an act of worship which brings him close to Allah the Almighty, e.g. prayer or Qur"an recitation, yet he does it well; to be praised and commended for it.
