المعنى الاصطلاحي :
Any event that is encompassing, frequent, intense, successive, and overwhelming, such as floods, plagues, and widespread death.
التعريف اللغوي المختصر :
"Toofān": great flood. Derived from "tawf", which means the turning of something around another. Other meanings: everything that is great, abundant, and encompassing.
