الشرح المختصر
The "katif" (shoulder) is one of the upper parts of the body that joins the arm with the torso. It consists of three bones: the collarbone, the shoulder blade, and the upper part of the upper arm bone. The part that is connected to the upper arm is called "mankib". The torso refers to the middle part of the human body where the neck, the arms, and the legs branch off. It also contains the stomach, the chest, and the back.
التعريف اللغوي المختصر
"Katif": wide bone behind the upper part of the body; it exists in humans as well as animals. It is said that the shoulder of the animal is above the bone of the upper arm.
